Also, Ram Classic buyers can opt for the 5.7-litre Hemi V8. This unit deploys 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. This is similar to the F-150’s most popular engine, the 5.0 L V8, but the Hemi engine is much more reliable.

The Ram 1500 has always offered a more comfortable drive than the F-150. And the Ram Classic is still ahead of its rival on that front thanks to a carefully-calibrated suspension that perfectly absorbs road imperfections.

The 2022 Ram Classic is more comfortable and more user-friendly

The 2022 Ram Classic is offered in Tradesman, SLT, Express, Night Edition, and Warlock editions. The F-150 doesn’t rival with the Classic in terms of style, especially with the Night Edition, which features unique blacked-out elements.

The 2022 Ram Classic uses Ram’s super intuitive UConnect system. This interface is known for its reliability and user-friendliness. It is packed with features like a 4G WiFi hotspot, HD radio, along with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Ford’s system is slower and less intuitive. 

The Ram Classic delivers plenty of performance, comfort and technology at a much better price. It is offered at a very low starting price of $33,990. The F-150, on the other hand, starts at just under $40,000. And considering the reliability issues with the F-150 and the Ram Classic’s spotless reputation, there’s much more value in the Ram for the years to come.
